Psychotherapy services are provided to assist clients in symptom reduction, gaining insight about themselves, improving their relationships with others, and helping improve their functioning in everyday life. We provide evidence-based treatment to help clients reach their specific goals. Treatment modalities include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic treatment, family systems, solution-focused, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness, attachment therapy, and social coaching.  Psychotherapy may be helpful for individuals experiencing the following:
