Christina Graziano, Psy.D.


Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Christina Graziano is a licensed clinical psychologist. Dr. Graziano joined the Portsmouth Neuropsychology Center as a Post-Doctoral Fellow in the Fall of 2023 and completed two years of postdoctoral training. She received her Psy.D. in Counseling and School Psychology from Rivier University and completed her Doctoral Internship at the Counseling Center at the University of Oklahoma. Prior to her Doctoral Internship, Dr. Graziano gained clinical experience in evaluation and therapy through practicum placements at an elementary school, community mental health center, and two private practices. Throughout graduate school, she worked for a non-profit substance use treatment organization for almost ten years. Dr. Graziano also received an M.S. in Experimental Psychology from Rivier University and a B.A. in Psychology from Colby-Sawyer College.

Dr. Graziano offers neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults for Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and emotional concerns. Dr. Graziano also provides psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults. With younger clients, she focuses on engaging emotionally based activities and Social Coaching tailored to each child’s presenting concerns. For older adolescents and adults, Dr. Graziano specializes in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Trauma-Focused ACT (TF-ACT). She focuses on assisting clients in developing new skills to handle difficult thoughts and feelings more effectively and live in a way that honors their values and intentions. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, house plants, botanical gardens, whale watching, and going to the beach.
